Our presentation slots are 30 minutes long, with 20 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for questions. It is important that presenters do not exceed the allocated time so that we can follow the schedule.
Delegates are kindly requested to upload their power point presentation prior to their talks and during the breaks. The PC and screen will be provided in the conference room.
*A prize will be given to the best student presentation.
There are three poster sessions (A, B and C), with about 10 posters on display each time. Presenters at session A can set up the poster during registration (3rd July) and remove it at the end of the day. Presenters at session B can set up the posters on Tuesday morning (4th July). A 15 minutes break (13:00-13:15) on 4th July has been reserved for presenters from Session B to remove their poster and for presenters from Session C to set up their posters. Presenters at session C can remove their posters at the end of the conference.
A1 size is required for both landscape (841mm x 594mm) and portrait (594mm x 841mm) posters. One poster will be displayed on one board.
Presenters are requested to be present at the poster during the allocated poster session on the Conference programme.
*A prize will be given to the best poster presented at each poster session. There will be three poster prize winters in total.
